These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 49jl platform and apply to all registered players in the Philippines. By creating an account and using any feature of the platform — including games, promotions, and payment services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out below. Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the platform; duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 49jl immediately through the contact channels listed on the platform. 49jl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility, and failure to provide these documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension. Accounts registered using false information will be permanently closed without prior notice.
2. Platform Use and Acceptable Conduct
The 49jl platform is provided exclusively for personal entertainment purposes and may not be used for any commercial, professional, or business-related activity. You agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations governing online gaming and entertainment. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated tools or bots, or engage in any form of collusion with other players is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination. 49jl monitors platform activity continuously and reserves the right to investigate any account that displays unusual or suspicious behaviour. Players found to be engaging in fraudulent activity — including but not limited to chargeback abuse, bonus abuse, or money laundering — will have their accounts permanently closed and any winnings forfeited. You must not use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service for other users. 49jl is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these conduct requirements.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions
All financial transactions on the 49jl platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP) using local payment methods available to Filipino players. Deposits are credited to your account promptly upon successful processing by the payment provider, and you are responsible for ensuring that all payment details you submit are accurate. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible, and 49jl reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times for withdrawals may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks. 49jl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Any deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
All bonuses and promotional offers available on the 49jl platform are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the Promotion page at the time the offer is active. Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from real-money funds and must meet the stated wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and validity periods vary by promotion and are clearly stated for each individual offer. 49jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, and any bonus funds that have not been used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically. Players who attempt to abuse bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or placing bets that do not contribute to wagering requirements in good faith — will have their bonus funds removed and may face account suspension. 5. Responsible Gaming
49jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Filipino players with the tools they need to stay in control of their activity on the platform. We strongly encourage all players to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits through the account settings, and to take regular breaks from gaming activity. 7. Account Suspension and Termination
49jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where a player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, provided false registration information, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or failed to complete required identity verification. In the event of account suspension, 49jl will notify the affected player by email where possible and provide an opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, except in cases where immediate action is required to protect the platform or other players. Upon permanent account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the original payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or forfeited bonus funds. Accounts that have been closed for breach of these terms will not be eligible for reinstatement. Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team, and any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course before closure is finalised.
8. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
49jl provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any feature or content on the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 49jl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from technical failures, payment processing delays, or interruptions to game availability. You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that 49jl is not responsible for any losses you incur as a result of your gaming activity. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, and any disputes arising from your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.
